```Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Crew Manager to join our team. The Crew Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our crew, ensuring efficient workflow, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality results.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the crew, including assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing feedback
- Coordinate crew schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels
- Train new crew members on company policies, procedures, and safety protocols
- Oversee crew performance to ensure work is completed accurately and efficiently
- Maintain open lines of communication with crew members, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of projects
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries or complaints

Requirements:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software
- Experience in front desk or customer support roles
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of office management procedures and systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional phone etiquette
- Experience working in a medical office setting is a plus
