Seeking skilled and detail-oriented machine operators.
- The position will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various flatbed CNC cutting machines to ensure the efficient and safe production of high-quality acoustical products.
- This role requires a strong focus on safety, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Machine Setup: Prepare machines for production runs, including loading materials, adjusting machine settings, and performing routine maintenance.
- Machine Operation: Operate assigned machines to produce parts or products according to established production schedules and quality standards.
- Quality Control: Monitor the production process, inspecting finished products for defects, and ensuring they meet quality specifications.
- Safety: Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and reporting any safety concerns or incidents.
- Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks on machines, such as cleaning and lubricating, to ensure their proper functioning.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production activities, machine settings, and quality checks.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members and supervisors to optimize production processes and meet production targets. Provide feedback to production programmers about program issues on production runs and R&D products.

- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Warehouse experience running a machine
- High level of detail and process as well as decisive
- Previous experience working with Multi-CAM or ZUND preferred
- Previous experience with laser or punch press preferred
- Monday-Friday
- 7:00 am-3:00 pm
