This position is Mon-Fri from 8 am-5 pm.
- Scribe in the clinic.
- Completion of the progress note.
- Escort the patient to the exam room.
- Obtain weight, heart rate, and manual blood pressure readings.
- Perform EKGs.
- Holter Hook Up & Removal.
- Post-procedure wound checks.
- Spirometry testing as needed.
- Medication refills & medication prior authorizations.
- Surgery Scheduling & procedure prior authorizations.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Clean Background.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs.
- Good customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a high-volume office setting.
- Medical Experience.
- Clerical Experience.
- Certification is a PLUS!
