We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our team. As the Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards and comply with all relevant regulations. You will oversee the implementation of quality control processes, conduct inspections and audits, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.

- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures
- Establish and maintain quality control standards for all products
- Conduct regular quality inspections to identify any deviations or non-conformities
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Lead quality audits to assess compliance with internal standards and FDA regulations
- Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement in quality systems
- Manage projects related to quality improvement initiatives
- Train employees on quality assurance processes and procedures

```Skills```
To excel in this role, you should have the following skills:
- Strong knowledge of fabricating processes and techniques
- In-depth understanding of FDA regulations and compliance requirements
- Proven experience in quality assurance and quality control methodologies
- Familiarity with quality management systems, such as ISO 9001
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical skills to analyze data and identify trends or patterns
- Experience in conducting quality inspections and audits
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality products
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Pay: $62,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
