Overview

RPM Living, one of the largest vertically integrated Multi-Family Platforms with over 200,000 units under management is seeking a Managing Director of Capital Markets with the specific skill set of raising retail equity for the firms multi-family investment vehicles. This Proven performer must have a successful track record of raising equity from Registered Investment Advisors (RIA’s), Broker-Dealers, Family Offices, and High Net Worth Individuals.

Responsibilities

• Identifying and targeting potential investors through marketing, networking, and industry events.
• Partnering with Registered Investment Advisors (RIA’s), Broker-Dealers, Family Offices, and HNW individuals to raise equity.
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with potential investors.
• Assisting in creating and delivering compelling presentations, reports, and marketing materials to effectively communicate investment opportunities.
• Devising and executing comprehensive marketing and fundraising strategies to attract new investors through marketing campaigns and proven processes that generate more inquiries.
• Fostering trust, communicating effectively, and ensuring the highest level of service and information to potential investors.
• Cultivating lasting relationships in the capital market space.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field.
• Established network required.
• Combination of experience in financial services and investment industries and/or sales, account management or business development preferred.
• Proven track record of successfully raising capital, and 5 years of experience in a capital raising environment preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Exceptional marketing, sales, interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Must have an entrepreneurial mindset.
