Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to all shoppers - Assist customers in finding the right products and making purchasing decisions - Conduct product demonstrations and provide information on features and benefits - Meet or exceed sales goals and targets - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions accurately - Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends - Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales objectives Skills: - Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management - Multilingual abilities are a plus, especially if serving a diverse customer base - Proficiency in using cash registers and conducting retail math calculations - Knowledge of electronics, jewelry, or technical products is preferred but not required - Ability to adapt to changing customer needs and preferences - Strong problem-solving skills to address customer concerns or issues promptly - A positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond for customers This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales and providing exceptional customer service.
