RPM Constuction LLC is Hiring a Contract Manager Near Mc Kinney, TX

RPM xConstruction, LLC is currently seeking a skilled Contract Manager to join our Construction Management Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of contracts within our organization.

Duties and Responsibilities

· Manages daily operations of the contracts department.

· Contract Review Tasks:

o Reviews Boiler Plate document for alignment with Company policies and legal standards.

o Identifies boiler plate language that poses risk to the Company and negotiates modifications based on degree of risk.

o Assists Project Managers with certified payroll enrollment, CCIP/OCIP, safety documentation, and other scope clarifications.

· Ensures compliance with legal requirements and company policies.

· Collaborates with internal teams to ensure contract terms meet business needs.

· Maintains accurate records and documentation using Document Management systems.

· Establishes strategic goals for department by gathering pertinent business, financial, service, and operations information, then identifies and evaluates trends and options, choosing a course of action and defining objectives, before evaluating outcomes.

· Develops policies, procedures, and productivity standards.

· Constantly evaluates policies, procedures, and productivity standards, adjusting as needed to ensure strategic goals are met.

· Maintains full staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.

· Conducts 90 day and annual reviews.

· Provides guidance to Team Members when needed or directs them to the appropriate personnel.

· Creates and reinforces a culture that focuses on safety, efficiency, and the development of quality people.

· Analyzes production data to improve both departmental and Company-wide efficiency for the contracts department.

· Identifies areas in which the Company structure and processes can be modified to improve overall Company efficiency, and risk management in the Contract Management Department.

Minimum Knowledge, Skill, and Ability Requirements

· Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management or similar.

· At least 7 years of relevant experience in construction contract review, 10 if no degree.

· Proficiency in utilizing software such as Bluebeam and Viewpoint

· Proven experience in contract management

· Familiarity with compliance management and intellectual property law

· Ability to procure and negotiate contracts effectively.

· At least 3 years of supervisory/management experience.

· Demonstrates high level skills using a personal computer and company communication tools, such as email, internet, and Microsoft Office products (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook).

· Fluently speak, read, and write English.

· Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $90,000.00 per year
