RPI Group, Inc. is seeking a Systems Engineer to join its Air Force (AF) Distributed Common Ground System (DCGS) Enterprise Product Support (EPS) team to conduct lab system services, IT operations, and specialized technical support for integrated and standalone systems and equipment for AF DCGS at Joint Base Langley-Eustis. You will perform system administration and support ISSO functions in accordance with AFI 17- 1304, Identity, Credential and Access Management (ICAM), for DGS-X and DMC systems. Your technical expertise will be vital to making an impact by advancing the Department of Defense’s mission to keep our country safe and secure.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Load approved SW baselines and provide user familiarization
• Provide network user management and network security
• Perform workstation administrative and technical support
• Provide network performance and usage analysis
• Perform system storage and monitoring
• Perform system troubleshooting
• Perform HW repair, replacement, and configuration
• Create, update, triage, manage, and close incident tickets
• Provide remote support for other labs or to conduct testing

Requirements:

• Active Top Secret Security Clearance with SCI eligibility
• Security
• 3-10 years of related experience

Preferred:

• Information Assurance Security Architecture and Engineering (IASAE) Level 2
• Experience in assisting ISSO matters
• Ability to take initiative and make recommendations on existing infrastructures
• Ability to author, interpret, and analyze technical documentation
• BA/BS degree or higher
