Pharmacist in Charge - Specialty Retail Startup
Location: Ft. Lauderdale, FL
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pharmacist in Charge to join our team for the opening of a specialty retail pharmacy in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a startup venture in a dynamic healthcare environment.
Responsibilities:

• Assist with the opening and establishment of the pharmacy.
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations.
• Oversee pharmacy operations, including dispensing medications, managing inventory, and providing excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and clinic staff to optimize patient care.
• Lead and supervise pharmacy personnel.

Requirements:

• Current and active Florida State Pharmacist license with no negative history.
• Previous management experience in a pharmacy setting.
• Preferred experience in opening a new pharmacy, although not required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with patients and clinic staff.
