RPh on the go is actively seeking a Sterile Compounding Pharmacy Technician in the New Hyde Park area. This is a full- time position, working Monday-Friday 9:30am-6:00pm.
Overview:

• Prepare Sterile Medications: Accurately compound sterile pharmaceutical products, including intravenous medications, under strict aseptic conditions to ensure patient safety.

• Follow Protocols and Guidelines: Adhere to established protocols, standard operating procedures, and regulatory guidelines to maintain the highest standards of sterility and quality in compounding medications.

• Maintain Cleanroom Environment: Work in a controlled and sterile environment, such as a cleanroom, to minimize the risk of contamination during the compounding process.

• Verify and Document: Verify the accuracy of compounding ingredients, measurements, and final products, and maintain detailed documentation to ensure traceability and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Pharmacy Technician experience.
• Sterile Compounding experience.
• CPR experience preferred.
• New York Pharmacy technician license.

Pay Range:
$22-23 per hour
