Requirements:

• Certification by the PTCB or a Pharmacy Technician license from the State of Indiana is required.
• Prior experience in training, lead roles, or supervisory experience is highly desirable.
Experience with drug reimbursement issues naim adjudication process

Overview:

• Lead team performance to meet daily, weekly, monthly goals.
• Participate in training, daily monitoring and coaching team members.
• Troubleshoot problems until resolved.
• Schedule employees, report and maintain files.
