Job Description: As a Long Term Care Pharmacy Technician, you will be responsible for supporting both the pharmacists and patients by providing a variety of pharmacy services. Your main duties will include the preparation and dispensing of medications, managing inventory, and maintaining accurate patient records. This role requires a high level of precision and attention to detail to ensure the safety and well-being of our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist pharmacists in the preparation and dispensing of medications.
• Process prescription refills and manage medication stock.
• Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, and other healthcare providers to ensure accurate medication information and delivery.
• Comply with all regulatory requirements for pharmacy operations.
• Maintain patient records and pharmacy documentation with high accuracy.
• Participate in continuous education and training to stay current with industry standards and best practices.

Shift:

• Monday - Friday: 3:30pm - 12:00am
• Rotating weekends
• 13 week contract

Qualifications:

• MA Pharmacy Tech license
• Recent Tech experience
