POSITION OVERVIEW
As a Nationwide Solar Contractor, we play a pivotal role in driving the advancement of the renewable energy infrastructure across the country. We have partnered with some of the largest big box retailers in the nation in order to find and educate consumers. With our nationally recognized brands we provide a trustworthy warranty and experience, for the consumer, from start to finish of their project. You will be responsible for prospecting within big box retail locations, running sales leads, presenting sales proposals, and overseeing the completion of solar projects. You will be supported by the most advanced programs and professionals in the industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our products (upon completion of training)
• Approach shoppers and engage in conversation
• Acquire new leads in store through customer engagement
• Sales leads PROVIDED (for experienced sales professionals)
• Perform in-home sales presentations (upon completion of training)
• Utilize technology for scheduling and documenting all activities

QUALIFICATIONS

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (required)
• Experience with in-home sales presentations and/or a form of contract sales (required)
• Must be comfortable approaching a variety of shoppers in store and engaging in conversation
• High school diploma or GED required, must be 18
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
• Must be able to pass pre-employment tests, including background check
• Must maintain professionalism at all times
