Pest Control Sales Advisor

Join our team as a full-time Pest Control Sales Advisor and be part of an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the pest control industry. We are on the lookout for a dynamic individual to take on the role of Sales Representative, where your main focus will be promoting top-notch residential pest control services to both new and existing clients. This position offers a chance to achieve sales targets in designated areas through lead generation, appointment scheduling, strategic sales execution, and the cultivation of strong client relationships to enhance satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively promote residential pest control services to prospective and current clients.
  • Proactively reach out to potential customers, manage appointments, and maintain a consistent schedule.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling additional services to foster strong client relationships.
  • Customize product offerings, close sales, and secure referrals.
  • Gather necessary customer information and process payments for each sale.
  • Address inquiries and concerns from prospective and active customers to ensure high satisfaction levels.
  • Collaborate with the service delivery team to enhance customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Participate in marketing events to generate new leads.

Requirements:

  • Preferred experience in customer-facing roles.
