Position Summary:

Seeking an experienced Automotive Estimator/Advisor with over 3 years of expertise. Proficient in industry-standard estimation software (Audatex, CCC ONE, Mitchell) and possessing preferred certifications (ASE or I-CAR). Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills are essential. Positive, customer-centric attitude required for this fast-paced role. Must work independently, possess basic computer proficiency, and prioritize with exceptional attention to detail. Valid driver's license and clean driving record necessary.

Role Responsibilities:

• Engage with technicians to formulate estimates following vehicle teardown.
• Guarantee compliance with OEM repair procedures.
• Facilitate clear communication with the parts department to resolve any issues.
• Foster close collaboration with production management to supervise prompt repairs.
• Conduct meetings with external field adjusters to review and discuss repair plans.
• Collaborate with fellow estimators to manage sublet work and align on estimated completion dates.
• Execute additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Candidate Requirements:

• Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience as an Automotive Collision Center Estimator/Advisor.
• Demonstrate proficiency in utilizing industry-standard estimation software, including Audatex, CCC ONE, and Mitchell.
• Preferred certifications such as ASE or I-CAR are a distinct advantage.
• Showcase exceptional communication and organizational skills.
• Exhibit the ability to efficiently multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor, coupled with a strong customer service orientation.
