RP Professional Services is seeking a Program Coordinator to support our HQ team managing our Financial Services portfolio.

The ideal candidates will possess knowledge of program management concepts to include financial, administrative and contractual support.

The candidate will also possess knowledge of Project Management / Administrative best practices.

  • Utilize strong attention to detail to review and reconcile invoices (verifying rates, labor categories and Center assignment) to assist PM in final approval prior of submission to Finance.
  • Coordinate administrative needs across programmatic channels (Finance, Human Resources & Talent Acquisition) and customer lanes efficiently and effectively.
  • Provide QA support to project deliverables requested by the customer to include monthly status and staffing reports.
  • Oversee weekly timesheet submission and resolve errors / issues with the customer, subcontractors, and project supervisors (as applicable).
  • Work with PM and / or Management to understand staffing gaps and opportunities.
  • Lead onboarding process for all new hires (new positions and backfills) within the portfolio, working closely with assigned RP Talent Acquisition team.
  • Responsible for maintaining up to date staffing reports across the portfolio to include : employee name, TO / Center assignment, LCAT and start date
  • Ensure the timely and the prompt resolution of problems / issues associated with contract performance in close coordination with the Program Manager.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent customer service skills, including front-facing and written communication
  • At least 3 yeas of professional / corporate work experience
  • High school diploma / GED
