The Janitor is responsible for cleaning and maintaining common areas, hallways, community rooms, kitchen areas, and fitness centers. In addition, the janitor will service, clean and supply public restrooms. The position includes picking up grounds and cleaning vacant apartments as needed.

Compensation:

$16 / Hour - Friendly, comfortable working environment.

Shift:

Flexible hours , Monday - Friday, Closed all major holidays
