Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry and file management tasks to maintain accurate records
- Provide administrative support to the community management team
- Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors and service providers
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and problem-solving
- Oversee property maintenance activities, ensuring timely completion of repairs and maintenance tasks
- Utilize Yardi/CRM to track and manage work orders
- Assist with facilities management, including coordinating repairs, inspections, and upgrades
- Identify opportunities for upselling services or amenities to residents
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in property management or related field
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer relationship management
- Proficiency in data entry and file management systems
- Knowledge of facilities management principles and practices
- Ability to negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships effectively
$45,000 / Annually - $55,000 / Annually Bonus Structure with benefits including PTO, medical & dental coverage and 401(k) with employer-matching contribution. Friendly, comfortable working environment.
