We’re searching for a diligent Executive Assistant/Operations Director to join our dynamic real estate team. You’ll be responsible for managing all paperwork in a timely manner, notifying clients of approaching deadlines, ensuring each deal goes through the proper legal channels, scheduling appointments and walkthroughs, and providing superb customer service. Additionally, you’ll work with other staff members to market our brand and arrange company events in the community.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, paired with outstanding organizational and project management abilities. You should thrive under pressure, maintain meticulous attention to detail, and embrace a learning-based mentality with a service-oriented attitude. While real estate experience and a license are a plus, they are not required.

Compensation:$35,000 - $60,000 yearly
