Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Specialist to join our team. As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engage with our audience, and drive website traffic. You will work closely with the marketing team to create compelling content, manage social media accounts, and analyze performance metrics.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement
- Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms
- Manage social media accounts, including scheduling posts and responding to comments
- Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy
- Conduct research to identify target audience preferences and trends
- Collaborate with internal teams to create social media campaigns aligned with marketing goals
- Analyze social media data and generate reports on key metrics
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in social media

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
- Proficient in using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) for creating visual content
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and proofreading abilities
- Knowledge of social listening tools for monitoring brand mentions and sentiment analysis
- Basic video editing skills for creating short videos or animations for social media
- Experience in relationship management with influencers or brand ambassadors
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and best practices
- Ability to conduct research on industry-related topics

Preferred Skills:
- Experience using Adobe Premiere Pro or other video editing software
- Familiarity with Google Analytics or other web analytics tools

Pay: $10.00 - $16.00 per hour
