Royston LLC currently has an immediate opening for a Hydraulic Press Brake Operator on the overnight shift. The Hydraulic Press Brake Operator shall perform all duties in a safe, productive and proficient manner. The successful candidate will report directly to the Fabrication Supervisor. Essential Functions/Duties and Responsibilities

• Read and understand drawings, sketches and blueprints.
• Complete machine setup by selecting the proper dies for production and adjusting pressures accordingly.
• Know bend allowances for different metal gauges.
• Form parts rapidly and efficiently while handling materials in a safe manner without damage.
• Perform Brake Press work whether standard, special or extremely complicated on all types of material without supervision.
• Observe all safety regulations.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent

Must be able to read and understand assembly drawings, sketches and blueprints.

Must be able to accurately identify measurements of parts and determine require machine operations from the measurement.

Basic math and mechanical ability

Position Type/Expected hours of work

This is an overnight shift, 7:30pm – 6:00am. Days of work are Sunday through Thursday, however this position frequently requires long hours and weekend work.
