The LVN will assist in maintaining the physical, social, and psychological environment in the best interest of residents. LVN’s monitor care of residents according to treatment plans prescribed by a physician as well as documenting responses to care plans.
In addition, LVN’s will administer medications, ensure cleanliness and security of medicine supply room, and adhere to company systems, procedures and processes.
Full Time or Part Time positions available
Educational Requirements:
Current LPN licensure or licensed as a vocational nurse is specific state
2 years experience as an LVN in an Assisted Living/Memory Care Capacity preferred.
Proven positive state licensure survey history; up-to-date knowledge of state regulations.
The description qualifications (certifications, experience, training), job functions, including limitations may vary with individual states.
Current CPR and First Aid credentials.
An equivalent combination of experience, education, and other qualifications may be considered.
Must have strong computer skills.
Valid driver’s license.

Must be able to work various hours as needed by the seven days-per-week schedules of events.
Must be willing to be cross-trained with other departments.
