Royalty Carpet is a family owned and operated business , servicing the Hudson Valley for over 45 years. We are in search of a Flooring Sales Associate to sell and manage flooring projects , both residential and commercial , in our growing company. We have recently expanded our location and have taken over the former Associated Abbey Flooring Warehouse , centrally located on Rt 9 in Wappingers Falls.

Our Flooring Sales Associates provide customers with friendly and knowledgeable service and support in finding products that can best meet each and every individual clients flooring needs. Sales are created on our showroom floor , then our measuring team is sent out to take proper measurements. You are constantly learning about new products to stay educated and share your knowledge with customers .

Other duties will include :

-Connecting with customers , ask about their projects , recommend our products and excite them about their purchase.

-Provide above and beyond customer service and exceed customer expectations.

-Work with management and team members to achieve sales goals.

Job Requirements :

-Experience in flooring a plus , but we are definitely willing to train the right candidate.

-Good Communication Skills

-Computer proficiency

-Ability to provide exceptional customer service to a diverse group of people

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:
