We are currently seeking highly skilled and motivated individuals to join our team as Front Desk attendants.

About Us:

• Royale Company is a leading provider of concierge and front desk services for luxury apartments and condominiums.

• As a member of our team, you will represent our brand and clients, ensuring a positive and professional experience for residents and guests.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with retrieving packages and updating visitor logs.
• Handle resident requests, such as reserving cabs or assisting their guests.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.

Requirements:

• No previous front desk experience required, but proven customer service experience is preferred.
• Friendly and approachable with an upbeat attitude.
• Reliable with excellent communication and organization skills.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.

Schedule:

• Full Time
• Overnights 11PM-7AM

Pay:

• $16-$19/hr (depending on experience)
