Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Talent Acquisition (TA) - this includes recruitment processes, standards, systems and partnerships to enable full life cycle recruitment of hourly and salaried positions. 
• Develop TA strategies that leverage cutting-edge sourcing techniques to proactively locate, engage, and attract prospective candidates. This could include proactive recruitment, anticipating needs to enable ongoing connections with passive talent for potential future hires.
• Perform all TA activities inclusive but not limited to posting jobs, sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling and conducting interviews and assessments, coaching leaders through the selection process, consulting on offer amount, extending offers and pre-hire management to onboarding.
• Create partnerships to build early career programs that enable strong talent pipelines.
• Lead projects and partner with other colleagues to advance Royal as an employer of choice.
• Lead our community engagement, employment branding and social media marketing to tell our great story.​​​
• Capture metrics to measure outcomes while also using leading indicators to drive quick pivots.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years HR experience including at least 1 year talent acquisition experience. Other diverse professional experience that lends credibility and capability for success will be considered as an alternative to the stated need.
• ​​​​​​​ Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously - strong organizational skills, excellent execution, and follow through.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, establishing priorities, manage deadlines, exercise a high degree of professionalism through interactions with all levels of internal and external customers. 
• High personal accountability, detail and process oriented with strong project management skills. 
• Ability to work cross functionally to collaborate and build aligned plans.
• Ability to adapt and change with the needs of the organization.
• Manages confidentiality without exception; demonstrates outstanding judgment.
• Willingness to work outside normal business hours, as necessary.
