Royal is a diverse manufacturer of plastic injection molding, urethane foam and assemblies. We serve the automotive, furniture, and consumer products industries. We are growing and looking for talented individuals to join our team!
 
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Set up and adjust injection molding machines to achieve optimal production efficiency and quality standards.
• Monitor and control the injection molding process parameters, including temperature, pressure, and cycle times.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all aspects of the injection molding process.
• Document and maintain accurate records of process parameters, maintenance activities, and equipment performance
• Troubleshooting Processing issues
