In this role you will have the opportunity to:
  • Be a vital informal Supply Chain leader for a segment of the Royal Technologies business, you will be the Owner of Demand Forecast for assigned products, responsible for generating and driving the Unconstrained Demand Forecast, incorporating Business Projection coming from Product Management, Sales, Customers, as well as your own analysis from cradle to grave!
  • You will Collaborate cross functionally and independently with internal/external stakeholders to provide the most educated and trustworthy short and long term (1-24 month) forecast to the Supply Team with Value Creation/Profitability and Forecast Accuracy in mind.
  • You are a key steward of core data to ensure that accurate information is used across the supply chain depicts a clear picture of items, customers, history, and life cycles.
  • Data Driven and analysis of trends and KPI’s that provide insight into opportunities where we can be better tomorrow than today. Incorporate findings and take action so that we effectively serve our stakeholders with the best information at the lead times to make solid decisions.
  • Being curious and evaluating forecast results and coordinating cross-functional continuous improvement activities; Advising, coaching, and providing candid feedback to bring out the best in the process working to develop the current and future process to excellence.
  • Advocate for “Royal” yet be Service minded seeking to exceed our Customers increasing expectations for agility and delivery.
  • Proactively and effectively balance Demand and Supply in the best possible way, allowing the business to continue to delight their customers, manufacture effectively, and achieve the business key measures.
  • Operate with Excellence and champion and elevate the key issues (capacity constraints, customer hurt …) to stakeholders (Sales, manufacturing, and Supply planners) connected for specified areas of the business.
  • Effectively communicate with data and all levels of the Royal Organization - shop floor to the Corner Office and positive engagement with Customers for any required updates.
 
Qualifications
  • Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics from an accredited institution
  • 3-5 years minimum in Supply Chain (Materials Management, Inventory management, demand planning, supply planning, procurement, SIOP.)
  • Critical thinker with strong mathematical and analytical skills
  • Process-minded and continuous improvement focused
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and evaluate alternative solutions to meet business needs
  • Ability to work in matrix environments, drive change and influence business stakeholders
  • Collaborative skills and ability to work in a virtual work environment telling the story with data
  • Great communication, interpersonal skills, and team player
