- Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance required
-To join our team as a Groundskeeper, we are looking for an individual who is able to work Monday - Friday (Full-Time).

Royal T Management is a large property management company looking for an individual who takes pride in their work, has a great eye for detail and loves to make things sparkle.
The Groundskeeper/Janitor is an important part of the team and essential to maintaining our high quality standards and providing excellent customer service to our residents.
This role is responsible for performing cleaning/janitorial duties related to the exterior of the apartment community.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining community appearance by walking the property on a frequent basis and removing litter.
- Keep all common areas clean and free from debris
- De-web and clean exterior light fixtures
- Pressure wash exterior buildings
