Overview

To assist in the presentation of the complimentary breakfast by obtaining supplies, clearing away napkins, paper cups, and plastic utensils, wiping off tables and restocking the continental breakfast buffet area.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the work area, including counter tops, utensils, equipment, and refrigeration equipment in a clean and sanitary condition in accordance with applicable laws, rules and regulations.
• Set up drink stations and serving baskets along with condiments in the lobby each morning. Ensure paper plates, napkins, and plastic utensils are stocked and easy for guests to grab and carry.
• Ensure food and beverage items are fully stocked throughout the shift while maintaining the cleanliness of the stations and the lobby area.
• Transport food and beverage from kitchen area to the lobby.
• Breakdown station at the end of service and ensure proper storage of all items.
• Ensure that all food is stored in proper containers and at proper storage and holding temperatures.
• Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis.
• Perform any other job related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Ability to grasp, lift and/or carry, or otherwise, transport up to 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to move or push goods on a hand cart/truck weighing a maximum of 150 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must have the ability to communicate in English.
• Must be flexible to work early AM shift, to include weekends and holidays
• Knowledge of menu, presentation, and preparation methods
• Previous Food and beverage experience preferred
• Food Safety certification required
