Self-storage facility in Portland, OR looking for a Storage Management. Ideal candidate has passion for customer service, is a self starter, and has strong attention to detail. Full time position includes 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week- with potential to grow.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide exceptional customer service to new and existing tenants.
- Show storage units and parking spaces. Explain and complete lease agreements.
- Process payments and follow up with potential leads.
- Answer phones and inquiries promptly.
- Perform collection paperwork and manage related communications.
- Make bank deposits and balance financials, including petty cash, daily.
- Perform light maintenance duties including: routine site walk-throughs, sweeping empty units, maintaining clean halls and driveways, picking up trash, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS/ REQUIREMENTS
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with computer
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Previous property management, customer service, and/or sales experience are a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
