We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a SUDP at our Mead, WA location
Responsibilities for this position include:
· Build positive relationships with clients, clinical staff and medical staff.
· Provide clinical services to clients in a therapeutic setting.
· Plans, organizes and facilities all aspects of a client’s continuum of care.
· Facilitate case-load groups as needed
· Clinical Documentation within EMR
Qualifications:
· Pass pre-employment drug screen
· SUDP WA State Department of Health Credential.
