Hourly Wage:
$21.67 -$24.25 (candidates with significant related experience may be higher)

Description:
Royal’s Mortgage Processor is responsible for processing all Lake Area mortgage loan products including but not limited to Royal Credit Union portfolio loans, investor loans, construction loans, government loans and Land Trust loans. Will obtain and verify necessary information and prepare documents for underwriting and closing review. This individual will be able to communicate loan status to all involved parties in both English and Spanish including Member, Mortgage Loan Officer, buyer, seller, realtor, and title company representatives. Will also support Royal’s Mortgage Loan Sales team in providing translation services for borrower meetings and communications. Must be able to effectively communicate with Members in both English and Spanish.
Work Schedule:
Full-time hours Monday – Friday between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM with evenings and weekends as needed for Member appointments. Hybrid remote work is available if certain criteria are met and after initial onboarding period. When working onsite, you will be working out of our Arden Hills Lake Area Mortgage Office.
***Prior to starting normal schedule, candidate must attend training from 9:00am - 4:30pm Monday – Tuesday at our Corporate Center in Eau Claire, WI. Lodging, Meals and Mileage provided during this required training.

Required Education/Experience/Skills:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Two years of experience in a Mortgage Lending related position
• Bilingual - Spanish/English with experience in translation in both verbal and written communications
• Communicate and live RCU's core purpose and values, these define and drive our organizational culture
