Hourly Wage: $28.32-$31.18 (candidates with significant related experience may be higher)Description: Royal Credit Union is seeking a dynamic Branch Supervisor who is committed to maintaining an engaged, high performing team dedicated to improving the financial wellness of our members. In this role, you are a player and coach, assisting in overseeing branch operations, managing team member performance, and driving growth performance all while maintaining an operationally sound and efficient branch. You are responsible for guiding and directing the daily workflow to promote a differentiating member experience and are a resource for product/service skill development in team members. Royal’s mission is to create a positive impact in the lives we touch, and we are looking for a candidate committed to team member development along with helping members reach their financial goals and understanding their needs. This requires a candidate who is motivated by a fast paced and energetic environment, with the ability to provide personalized member service. Work Schedule and Location:Working 40 hours per week. Variable hours between 8:45 am – 5:15 pm Monday through Friday with 1-2 Saturdays a month between 9:45am-2:15pm.Training:Prior to starting a normal work schedule, new Royal team members must attend Foundation Training at our Corporate Center in Eau Claire, WI from 9:00am - 4:30pm on Monday and Tuesday during their first week of employment. Out of town learners will be reimbursed costs related to travel and lodging. Foundation Training covers fundamental information about Royal’s culture and core values which sets the stage for team members to be successful within our organization. Required Skills: • High School Diploma or GED • Minimum of three years working in financial services with a minimum of one year combined experience working with new accounts, loans and loan processing or equivalent loan related experience • One year of leadership experience or equivalent leadership training • Excellent time management and organizational skills • Strong interviewing and listening skills • Establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives under minimal supervision • Communicate and live RCU's core purpose and values, these define and drive our organizational culture Preferred Skills: • Associate Degree in Business, Accounting or Finance • Previous Royal Credit Union experience • Two years prior leadership experience • Prior supervisory experience • FiCEP Certification (CUNA Financial Counseling Certification Program) OR other approved financial counseling certification
