Logistics & Procurement Assistant
Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Logistics & Procurement Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the procurement of goods and services, managing inventory, and coordinating logistics operations.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the procurement of goods and services
- Manage inventory and ensure stock levels are maintained
- Coordinate logistics operations, including shipping and receiving
- Ensure timely delivery of goods and services
- Communicate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
- Assist with the preparation of purchase orders and invoices
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Early morning availability
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, NetSuite skills a plus
- Experience in logistics and procurement preferred
