Royal Jaguar - Land Rover in the Tucson Auto Mall is searching for an experienced Service Advisor / Service Writer for our new car dealership.
Must have at least 3 years Service Writing or related experience with luxury brands.
Full Time Only

Responsibilities
- Write service orders and descriptions of problems and repairs needed
- Communicate with customers about their vehicle's needs and recommended services
- Provide estimates for repairs and services
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of work
- Upsell additional services or products to customers when appropriate
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and customer interactions
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues promptly
- Stay up-to-date on Jaguar and Land Rover service procedures and requirements
- Collaborate with the service team to deliver high-quality service to customers
