POSITION SUMMARY:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Product Development Assistant to join our Royal Apparel Production team.

• Manage all Development of New and Existing Styles 
• Update all Style Spec Sheets
• Follow up and Communicate with Marker Team.
• Collaborate with In-House Pattern Maker and Sample Maker.
• Work with Tech Packs and review all detailed information.
• Liaison between Client & our Production Staff
• Hands on with all Digitizing and Grading rules.

Requirements

• High School Diploma (Associates/Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• Gerber Software knowledge preferred. 
• Has a constructive approach to problem solving with excellent analytical skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word is a MUST
• Excellent organizational skills
• Accurate data entry, with attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Work independently, as well as with a team.
• Excellent time management with sense of urgency
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
