The search has begun for Assistant Restaurant Managers! Saddle up and ride on over if you fit the bill.

Characteristics:

• Ability to function with minimal direct supervision being an independent thinker.
• Ability to recruit, train, and develop team members.
• Perform hands-on operational duties including inventory, food preparation, and order fulfillment.
• Maintains cash control and shift bookkeeping.
• Ensures proper security, safety policies, and procedures are in place.
• Provide on-the-floor supervision to create positive guest experiences that emulate and inspire our mission statement daily.

Caution! Must have:

• 2 years of restaurant management experience is preferred. Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) experience is preferred, but we will train you if you have the enthusiasm and commitment we seek.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Possess a valid driver's license and proper car insurance coverage for business-related travel.
