Roy H. Reeve Agency, Inc. is Hiring an Insurance marketer Near Mattituck, NY
Our office is rapidly growing and we are looking to train the right individual to fit right into our company. We are currently seeking to fulfill a full-time position in our Commercial Lines Department.
Our Commercial Lines Marketer / Rater would work with our sales department in obtaining commercial lines quotes. Salary commensurate with experience

Responsibilities
- Obtain underwriting information for new commercial clients from our sales department
- Complete Acord applications in our Agency Management System (AMS360). Complete all required supplemental applications
- Work with insurance carrier underwriters to obtain quotations and negotiate terms
- Prepare quotes using insurance carriers on-line rating programs
- Keep sales department informed on progress of submissions
- Prepare insurance proposals
- Bind and issue new commercial policies
- Document all transactions in AMS360 and complete any necessary documents needed by insured
Requirement
- Be able to obtain or currently possess a Property & Casualty insurance license
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
