Aloooha! Roxy's Island Grill in Cedar Hills, Beaverton (Cedar Hills Blvd and Jenkins Road) is a family owned - small business seeking applicants to join our Back of House team immediately!! If you're willing to learn, we'll train! This would be a part time position ranging from 15-25 hours per week (Potential for more hours leading up to Full-time).

Seeking the following Candidates:

• Great attitude with good time management requiring minimal supervision.
• Open availability.
• Interested in working no less than 3 shifts per week (ranging from 15 - 25 hours per week)
• Ages 18 due to BOLI restrictions on handling certain restaurant equipment & kitchen tools.

Dishwasher Job Responsibilities:

• Maintains a clean kitchen, properly washes and sorts soiled dishes, and preps foods as needed. Keeps dish area free of clutter and organized.
• Sets up stations, including sinks.
• Maintains clean / dry floors throughout the shift.
• Properly washes, stacks, and stores cookware, pots, pans and storage containers.
• Changes water in sinks every two hours, or more often as required by business levels, and properly uses chemical dilutions.
• Maintains trash cans throughout shift and removes full trashcans and boxes at the end of each shift.
• Assists in food prep and any other duties set forth or requested by the Lead on Duty as needed.

Prep Position:

• Cut, marinate and prep the chicken, pork and beef products.
• Take ongoing inventory of ingredients to ensure nothing is running low.
• Prepare cooking ingredients by washing and chopping vegetables, preparing Mac noodles etc.
• Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen by keeping area tidy, sanitizing surfaces, taking out trash etc.
• Label ingredients and food items and stock refrigerator shelves in an organized manner
• Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
• Comply with nutrition and sanitation guidelines
• Perform other kitchen duties as assigned

Base Hourly is $15.45 PLUS make an additional $5-$11 per hour in Tips!!
