Overview:
Rowley White is the #1 Toy Hauler Dealership in Arizona. We are seeking a motivated and energetic sales person to join our team. A Rowley White salesperson might be a little different than other sales positions. They are expected to

-follow a sale from start to finish

-be extremely knowledgeable of floorplans, options and brands of trailers

-go above and beyond helping customers find the right trailer for them

-follow up with all customers quickly

-build own leads through social media

-knowledgeable with basic repairs to help customers after the sale.

Other Daily responsibilities might include:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
- Provide product information and answer any questions or concerns
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stock shelves and ensure merchandise is properly displayed
- Assist with inventory management and replenishment
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
- Upsell products and recommend additional items to enhance the customer's purchase

Experience:
- Previous retail sales experience preferred
- Knowledge of retail math and cash handling procedures
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual is a plus
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and build rapport with customers
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Technical sales or appliance sales experience is a bonus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills

Pay: $48,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
