We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Pickleball Sales and Retail Attendant to join our team at Rowdy Hog Pickleball. As an integral part of our retail operations, you’ll have the opportunity to engage with passionate Pickleball enthusiasts, assist them in finding the perfect equipment, and ensure they have an exceptional experience.

Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

· Greet customers warmly and provide a friendly, welcoming atmosphere.

· Assist customers in selecting the right pickleball equipment, apparel, and accessories.

· Answer inquiries about product features, pricing, and availability.

· Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism.

Retail Operations:

· Operate the cash register accurately for sales transactions.

· Restock merchandise and maintain an organized store layout.

· Keep the store clean and visually appealing.

· Monitor inventory levels and reorder as needed.

Pickleball Court Rentals:

· Manage hourly court rentals for pickleball enthusiasts.

· Coordinate court reservations, check-in, and payments.

· Ensure courts are well-maintained and ready for play.

Snackbar Operations: (Must be 19 or older)

· Oversee the snackbar area, which offers prepackaged drinks and snacks.

· Restock snacks and beverages as necessary.

· Provide excellent service to customers visiting the snackbar.

Computer Literacy:

· Proficiently operate computer software for sales transactions, inventory management, and customer tracking.

· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and purchases.

Pickleball Knowledge:

MUST have a solid understanding of pickleball rules, equipment, and terminology.

· Able to engage in pickleball-related conversations with customers.

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.

· Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented.

· Strong communication skills.

· Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
