-Classes are designed to deliver personal training attention, accountability, and results in group fitness environment where our community and trainers empower one another
RESPONSIBILITIES
-Coaching, leading, and motivating members of the studio through our 50 minute group fitness classes
-Cue and coach two distinct groups simultaneously, guiding rowers and floor exercisers through separate routines to enhance our dynamic bootcamp-style experience
-Ability to program specific body part workout using our studios guidelines and templated format
-Curating unique playlists through Soundcloud/Spotify
-Conduct in person, goal-oriented consultations with all trial members
-Demonstrate, communicate, and complete every exercise in the workouts with perfect form using all equipment
-Have the knowledge and ability to correct exercise form to prevent injuries
-Able to give modifications and amplifications for all exercises
-Assist in membership growth and retention by working with our front desk sales team to build our membership base and fill your classes!
-Provide an inclusive, empowering, and high energy environment while helping members meet their fitness goals
QUALIFICATIONS
-Group training or personal training nationally accredited current fitness certification (NSA, ACE, ACSM, NASM, AFAA) AND min 1 year experience working, or training in a group fitness environment are required
-Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
-Proven dependability and reliability
-Energetic, attentive, and excellent communication & customer service skills!
-Must understand and educate our community on science backed strength training, functional movement, HIIT/endurance training programs, and benefits of programs that include cardio and strength training
-Demonstrate knowledge and usage of social media such as Instagram and Facebook
-Have a willingness and availability to teach at least 4-6 classes per week
-Required to be on your feet and constantly moving while leading and instructing members for the entirety of the workout
-Must have availability to work mornings, midday, evenings and weekends
-Former rowing experience not required
