Row House is Hiring a Sales Manager Near Millburn, NJ
The Assistant General Manager will oversee all studio activities including generating leads, growing membership, improving retail sales as well as upholding the CycleBar studio experience.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- 2 years of fitness sales or relevant sales experience required
- Proven track record in generating personal sales with strong competitive spirit
- Experience with managing and supervising Sales Reps
- Ability to manage and drive multiple revenue streams including memberships and retail
- Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person and over the phone
- Must be solution-based and results oriented
- Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment
- An affinity and passion for fitness
- Solid writing and grammar skills
- Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Professional, punctual, reliable and neat and organized
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Trustworthy and ability to handle confidential information
- Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients and the general public
- Proficiency with computers and Studio software
- College Degree Preferred
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule with weekday, evenings and weekend availability
COMPENSATION & PERKS:
- Highly competitive base rate plus goal-based commission
- Unlimited ride credits at the studio while employed and not on shift (post probation period)
