Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome members and guests in a warm and inviting manner

- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, booking appointments, and assisting with membership inquiries

- Educate potential members on the benefits of Row House programs and packages

- Actively promote and sell memberships, packages, and retail products to achieve sales goals

- Ensure the studio is clean and organized

- Assist with administrative duties as needed

Qualifications:

- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality is preferred

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Energetic and outgoing personality with a passion for fitness and wellness

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team

- Basic computer skills and familiarity with booking software are a plus
