Assistant Manager

Row House is seeking a sales and customer service professional to join our nationally ranked boutique fitness studio team in Belmont, CA. To be successful in this position as Assistant Manager you will be comfortable in a leadership position, have supervisory experience and enjoy developing others. You will take top ranks on our sales team, enjoy generating leads for the studio through events and grassroots efforts and take satisfaction in providing top-notch customer service to all of our guests.

Row House is a rowing-based fitness studio that strives to give people of all different fitness levels an efficient, high-cardio, full-body workout. About The Position:
The Row House Assistant Manager plays a key role in building our membership base, as well as have a keen focus on customer service to create a high-level of member satisfaction.
Here's how:

• Generate interest in Row House classes and membership through outbound sales calls, texts, emails, and field lead generation.
• Provide excellent customer service to all members and guests.
• Manage the front desk to greet and check-in clients and prospects when they enter the studio.
• Conduct tours of the facility while establishing a relationship and targeting an individual’s needs and wants.
• Participate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community and hospital events) to promote the studio.
• Maintain a clean and organized business.

Prior sales and customer service experience is preferred but not required. A passion for fitness, learning and helping others will set you up for success in this role. Perks include an awesome work environment, sales commission, flexible hours, great music and FREE classes!

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
