Position Available: B2B Outside Sales

Location: Vancouver, British Columbia

Role Overview:

As a Rove Concepts Concierge Outbound Trade Sales Representative, you will be an integral part of the sales team responsible for driving revenue growth and strengthening relationships with trade partners. Rove Concepts is a leading provider of premium modern furniture and home decor products, and your role will involve proactively reaching out to trade clients, including interior designers, architects, retailers, and hospitality professionals. Your focus will be on promoting Rove Concepts' high-quality products, understanding client needs, and providing exceptional customer service to drive sales and contribute to the company's success.

What You’ll Do

  • Outbound Sales Initiatives: Initiate and execute outbound sales campaigns to engage trade clients via phone calls, emails, and other appropriate channels.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture lasting relationships with trade partners, gaining insights into their project requirements and design preferences to offer tailored furniture solutions.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Rove Concepts' product offerings, including furniture collections, materials, and customization options, to effectively communicate the value of the products to trade clients.
  • Sales Quotas and Targets: Meet and exceed assigned sales quotas and revenue targets, actively contributing to the growth and success of Rove Concepts.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and design preferences to position Rove Concepts' products competitively and identify new business opportunities.
  • Lead Generation: Identify potential trade clients, qualify leads, and manage the lead-to-sales process by providing information and facilitating product consultations.
  • Collaboration and Support: Collaborate with the sales team and customer support to deliver exceptional service and support to trade clients throughout their buying journey.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, prepare sales reports, and provide regular performance updates to management.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by promptly addressing inquiries, managing order processing, and providing after-sales support.

What You’ll Need:

  • Proven experience in outbound sales, preferably within the furniture, interior design, or home decor industry.
  • Passion for modern furniture and design trends, with a keen eye for aesthetics.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Providing top-notch customer service.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Familiarity with sales tools to manage leads and track sales progress.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude toward sales challenges.
  • Flexibility to adapt to evolving business needs and market dynamics
