We are looking for a Recruiter with full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees. A successful recruiter collaborates with hiring managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future prospects. You should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks and employee referrals. The responsibilities of the Recruiter are to ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline.

Base Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000. This salary range is based on what Roux in good faith believes it might pay at the time of posting for this position and for this geographic location. Actual compensation may vary based on job-related factors such as relevant work experience, market conditions, education/training, certifications, skill sets, and internal equity. In addition, this position is eligible for quarterly performance bonuses based on individual job performance and the profitability of the firm.
