Routewise Logistics Inc. is Hiring a CDL Class A Driver Near Greenwood, IN
We are looking for full-time Class A CDL local drivers for dedicated Solo Runs operating out of the Greenwood, IN hub.
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
- Must possess a Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with double/triple.
- Must possess 1-year experience within the most recent 3 years or 6 months of verifiable Class A CDL driving experience from an approved CDL school.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Must have acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) based on hiring standards
- Must have or be ready to attain a doubles/triples trailer endorsement
- Ability to follow instructions and complete required training
- Ability to work independently and/or as a team member
- Operate tractor-trailer combination, including doubles (and triples, where applicable)
- Perform daily pre-trip/ post-trip and safety inspections on equipment
- Drop & Hook Only. No-touch Freight!
- Verify and complete required documentation and reports
- Maintain accurate daily logs
- Follow dispatch instructions and communicate with dispatch (e.g. delays, arrivals, equipment problems), as required
- Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures
- Perform other duties as required
- Pay: Starts at $24/hour
- Paid holidays after 6 months of service
- Paid Time Off after 1 year
- 401k with100% match up to 3%
- Overtime Available
- Paid Weekly on Friday
- Health insurance reimbursement programs
- Monday to Friday with an option to pick the 6th day (either Saturday or Sunday)
