Route 66 Solar LLC is Hiring a Lead Solar Installer Near Springfield, IL
Lead Solar Installers Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and train a team to install the racking system and solar panels on residential roofs per manufacturer's instructions
- Oversee the inventorying of projects before installation begins
- Service solar systems as needed
- Effectively lead a team from beginning to end of the installation process
- Provide great customer service
Solar Installer Requirements:
- 2 years of solar experience required
- Must have a working knowledge of electrical and ability to read plan sets
- Ability to be comfortable working on roofs required
- Must have a driver's license - company truck provided
Experience:
- Solar Experience: 2 years
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45.00 per hour
