Job Summary:
The Lot Attendant/Porter at Route 128 Honda in Reading, MA is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dealership's lot and providing excellent customer service to all customers. This is a full-time, individual contributor role within the auto industry that offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

Responsibilities:
- Keep the dealership lot clean and tidy, including removing trash, cleaning windows, and organizing inventory.
- Retrieve and park customer vehicles in designated areas.
- Assist with vehicle checks and inspections, as needed.
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Coordinate with sales and service departments to ensure timely delivery of vehicles to customers.
- Maintain knowledge of dealership inventory and assist with vehicle location requests.
- Perform minor maintenance tasks on vehicles, such as changing wiper blades or refilling fluids.
- Follow all safety regulations and practices.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in the automotive industry is preferred, but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods of time.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
